We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion. This may include orders that appear to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms. If your order is cancelled, you will be promptly notified and refunded when applicable.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Due to our reliance on third-party print-on-demand (POD) services for fulfillment, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you encounter an issue with your order—such as incorrect items, damage during shipping, or production errors—please reach out to us at diana@ambrosiavault.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work directly with the third-party provider to resolve the issue to the best of our ability. Documentation such as photos may be required.
Please note that refund or replacement eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis, and may depend on the policies of the print partner.
3. User Feedback and Content
By submitting any feedback, reviews, comments, or user-generated content to Ambrosia Vault, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to edit, use, reproduce, publish, or delete such content at our discretion.
We reserve the right to moderate and remove any content that is deemed offensive, harmful, defamatory, or inappropriate.
4. Third-Party Services and Indemnification
Some features, products, or services offered through this site may rely on third-party vendors (e.g., Printify, PayPal, Stripe). We are not liable for any damages, errors, or service failures originating from these third-party platforms.
Indemnification: By using our site, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ambrosia Vault, its owner, affiliates, contractors, and licensors from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:
